Driving License

You must produce a full, valid driving license which you have held for one year at the time of rental. Overseas visitors must produce a license which is valid in their own country and, where appropriate, an international driving permit. Certain endorsements are accepted at the company's discretion

Age Limits

Customers must be aged between 25-70 years, drivers aged 21-25 and 71-75 are often acceptable subject to the insurance company's approval.

Insurance

All our vehicles are properly insured for the loss of life or injury. Hirers are responsible for the first £250-£500 of any damage which can be reduced on payment of collision damage waiver (CDW). Please call FREE on 0800 082 1001 for details.

Unlimited Mileage

Unlimited mileage only applies to hires over 4 days. For 1-3 day hires mileage is limited to 250 miles per day. Excess mileage is charged at 10p per mile + VAT.

Payment and Deposit

The estimated cost of rental and insurance is payable at the commencement of hire. A security deposit will also be required if hire is not paid by credit card or debit card.

Child Seats and Roof Racks

Child harnesses and roof-racks are available at a charge of £10 per hire; £50 for minibus roof-racks.

Discounts

We offer discounts for hires of three weeks or over. Rates and details of short term contract hire are available on request.
